Group Classes - digital
Access class schedule and booking system here
Book classes with the online options available as follows;
Single Session Access
Class Pass - 5 Pack (valid for 30 days from date of first class booked)
Class Pass - 10 Pack (valid for 60 days from date of first class booked)
Coupons / Discount Codes from time to time
All purchasing and sales are managed via secure payment provider(s) (such as Stripe)
Your Ideal Fit does not have access to your card details whatsoever
Recurring payments occur via encrypted secure token, so your Payment Card details are not stored by Your Ideal Fit or the Class Booking service
Access to bookings and expiry of your ticketing is managed through your secure account available here
You are solely responsible for your account password strength, storage and security
You can reset your password if forgotten here
Attending group Classes (digital)
Bookings can be made up to 15 minutes before a class starts
Please be ready in the Zoom waiting room prior to class start
You can request admission to a class up to 15 minutes after the class starts if you have a valid booking and have entered the Zoom waiting room
There can be no guarantee of admission to a class, or any communication with the class host , 15 mins prior to or during an active class
If you are not admitted to a class after class starts, your Class Pass ticket will be deemed charged and a refund will not be provided
All classes are offered via Zoom link only, unless otherwise stated
You must have a Zoom account installed on your preferred device to attend class(es)
Your Zoom class link is generated and emailed to you automatically from the booking platform before class starts
All class attendees with a valid ticket will be admitted by the class teacher
You can cancel your class attendance up to 1 hour before start of class without charge;
Cancellation is managed via the link in your Booking Confirmation Email, or via your Secure Account here
If your booking was made using an active Class Pass, the ticket value will be credited to your account automatically for use making one further booking, of the same value, published on the Class Schedule and falling within your Class Pass expiry date
If booking with a Single Access Ticket, a Discount Code equal to the Ticket Value will be emailed to you manually. Your Discount Code can be used in the standard checkout process to purchase any published class on the Class Schedule
Private sessions - in person (Govt. restrictions permitting)
Private Session bookings are managed by private email and phone communication direct with Your Ideal Fit
Payment for Private Session Packages are managed via invoice and direct bank payment prior to any session start and include;
Introductory 2 Session Pack – valid for 30 days from date of first session booked
Buy 10, Get 1 Free – valid for 90 days from date of first sessions booked
You can reschedule your Private Session up to 48 hours prior to the agreed start time
You can reschedule your Private Session within 48 hours of your agreed start time, though the Session will be deemed chargeable and your Private Session Package will be deducted accordingly
You can cancel one or more Private Session(s) on written request to Your Ideal Fit with supporting medical or similar evidence stating the reason for cancellation. No reasonable request withheld.
Private Sessions – digital
Private Session bookings are managed by private email and phone communication direct with Your Ideal Fit
Payment for Private Session Packages are managed via invoice and direct bank payment prior to any session start and include;
Introductory 2 Session Pack – valid for 30 days from date of first session booked
10 Pack – valid for 90 days from date of first session booked
20 Pack – valid for 180 days from date of first session booked
A digital training discount applies to all sessions excluding **Pilates Equipment Training
Buy 10, Get 1 Free – valid only for **Pilates equipment training
You can reschedule your digital Private Session up to 24 hours prior to the agreed start time
You can reschedule your digital Private Session within 24 hours of your agreed start time, though the Session will be deemed chargeable and your Private Session Package will be deducted accordingly
You can cancel one or more digital Private Session(s) on written request to Your Ideal Fit with supporting medical or similar evidence stating the reason for cancellation. No reasonable request withheld.
**Pilates Equipment Training refers to sessions utilising apparatus including Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels
Timetable, session changes & alterations
Your Ideal Fit reserves the right to alter session times at any time and will provide 48 hours notice, where possible, by email allowing you to reschedule available session times accordingly.
Use of equipment
You are responsible for your own personal exercise equipment. You cannot hold Your Ideal Fit responsible for any misuse or fault lying in the equipment used, unless supplied directly by Your Ideal Fit or its approved suppliers. Any equipment installed on your premises, such as a Pilates reformer must be used only under supervision with Your Ideal Fit.
Health and fitness
You waive and release Your Ideal Fit from any and all responsibility or liability for injuries or damages resulting from your participation in any of the services and class activities or use of equipment at home or in a space provided save in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligent act or omission of Your Ideal Fit.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises undertaken during any service or class attended. You accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and using specialist equipment and are advised to consult your doctor prior to beginning any session or class. This is of particular importance during pregnancy including both pre and post-natal periods. Information provided by Your Ideal Fit at no time constitutes medical advice in substitute for advice provided by a medical professional.
Use of this website
By using this Website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. You must not use the Website in any way or take action to cause damage to the Website or impairment of the performance, availability and accessibility of the Website.
Intellectual property
All the content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software is the property of Your Ideal Fit or other relevant third parties. By continuing to use this Website you acknowledge such material is protected by applicable English Law and International Intellectual Property law. You are not entitled to reproduce, copy, distribute, store or in any fashion re-use material from the Website unless given written permission to do so by You Ideal Fit.

The Company’s Website may include links to third party’s website in order to provide you with useful information. However Your Ideal Fit will not be responsible for the any content of such websites and pages or for anything provided by such third party’s website.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Ideal Fit accepts no liability to you (the User) in respect of;
any losses arising out of any event or events beyond reasonable control;
any business losses, including, without limitation loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities or goodwill;
any loss or corruption of any data, database or software;
any special, indirect or consequential loss or damages;
any liabilities arising under these terms and conditions or relating to the subject matter or these terms and conditions, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty, except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.
